Our production base sits in Cuishanhu Industrial Park, Kaiping City, Guangdong Province. The facility covers 33 acres with over 70,000m² of factory buildings, housing dedicated lines for transformers, switchgear and substations.
We run separate workshops for silicon steel core cutting and stacking, coil winding, transformer assembly, sheet metal fabrication and switchgear wiring. Each line handles the full process from raw material intake to finished unit, so we control every step in-house.
Every unit goes through routine testing before dispatch. For transformers, that includes ratio test, insulation resistance, induced voltage and load loss measurement. Switchgear units go through mechanical operation, dielectric withstand and thermal stability checks. We issue complete test reports with each shipment.
Our engineering department handles product development, custom design and drawing confirmation. The team works with AutoCAD and electrical simulation tools to adapt standard products to specific site conditions, voltage systems and regional standards.
We assign a dedicated project coordinator to each order. That person stays with you from initial technical discussion through production updates, factory inspection scheduling, shipping documentation and after-sales follow-up.
